Our Pilates Classes
- Beginners Pilates Class
Beginner's Pilates classes are suitable for those who are attending Pilates for the first time. You will learn more about Pilates and how to perform basic exercises. - Intermediate - Advanced Pilates Class
Intermediate - Advanced Pilates classes are suitable for those who have previously developed a good understanding of the Pilates concept and are ready to progress their exercises. - Pre Natal Pilates Class
Pre Natal Pilates classes are suitable for pregnant ladies for a form of gentle exercise to help prepare the body for labour. - Post Natal Pilates Class
Post Natal Pilates classes are suitable for those who have given birth and would like to recover their body as quickly as possible.
Please wear comfortable clothing, suitable for working out. We provide you with exercise mats and any equipment you may need during the class; you do not need to bring any equipment with you. Equipment includes light upper limb weights, gym balls and magic circles.
